Overall, I was satisfied.
1. Location
About 5 minutes from Tsukiji Market. About 10-15 minutes from Hibiya Line, about 5-10 minutes from Hibashi-Ginza Station. The downside is that there are no escalators at both stations, so it may be a bit difficult to find an elevator or if you have heavy luggage. The hotel location itself is not directly connected to the main tourist attractions (Ueno, Shibuya/Roppongi, Disney, etc.) based on the subway. However, there is an advantage in that you can eat breakfast or lunch in Tsukiji and then go to the tourist attractions, so for tourists who value night markets or food, staying at this hotel may be a good value for money.
2. Price
I can say that the value for money for the location is very good. Although I didn't use it on this trip, the large public bath on the first basement floor is open until 1:00 AM in the afternoon, so you can use it even if you come back late, and it seems to have most of the facilities.
3. Convenience/Service
The staff are very friendly. During my trip, it rained intermittently, so I asked if I could borrow an umbrella, and they lent it to me right away. I was also able to leave my carrier with them and pick it up when I checked in after my tour, which was nice.
When I picked up my carrier, they brought it up to my room right away, which made it even more convenient.
Check-in/check-out was convenient. You can do it without any help from the staff at the kiosk (for those who are familiar with the kiosk). The accommodation tax was also calculated by machine, both by card and cash, which was even better.
