游泳池是五米深的，白天、晚上游起來都很舒服，為了泳池回訪好幾次，適合喜歡游泳的人，乾淨的沒話說，唯一就是早餐普通了些

I have a very good impression of the Grand Hotel. The tour guide at the West Secret Road explained in great detail, which gave me a deeper understanding of the architecture and history of the Grand Hotel. It was very exciting and wonderful. I had a very happy three-day and two-night tour. The only flaw was that when I bought bread on the first floor, the cashier asked me to stand there and wait for her. She was very arrogant. I waited for almost a minute, but she was still doing her work and didn't check out until another staff member couldn't stand it anymore and came to help me check out. I hope that the staff training can be strengthened to prevent the negligence of a few service staff from affecting the evaluation of the Grand Hotel.

This historic hotel has many common areas and is full of things to see. It's a good idea to make a reservation and visit the secret underground passage.

是五星級飯店，但實際體驗真的跟預期有落差。
首先，行李完全沒有幫忙送到房間，是我們自己扛上去的；這點對五星級飯店來說，真的蠻出戲的。
再來，有一次我們人在飯店外面，理所當然以為會有接駁車來接，結果完全沒有動靜，最後還是我們自己走進去的。重點是，我們明明就有看到有免費的車子從外面開進飯店門口，也不是沒有車，只是沒人理你而已。
最後，飯店裡有些所謂的「密道探索」…
總結來說，這家飯店自稱五星級，但以服務來講，老實說真的沒有感受到五星的水準，比較像三星半～四星左右的體驗而已。

跟太太出來旅遊，有預約密道說明不確定是否是人比較多，覺得整個解說流程很趕。幫客人拍照派到一半解說人不見了…瞬間有點尷尬，整體覺得密道說明行程CP值不高。至於飯店部分硬體仍需要再加油，房間給人一個很空曠的感覺。

因為旅行計劃改變，我延住了兩天，但原本的天際套房沒了，衹能搬進無窗乞丐房。
房間自然是天差地別，但是乞丐房其實也沒有很小，床也舒服，衹不過套房的dyson吹風機被換成了古早吹風筒，也無可厚非。
唯一的問題是無窗導致房間空氣不好，雖然不是什麼異味，但感覺悶悶的。值得一提的是此類型的房間是一直有空調運轉的，這也是酒店方為流通空氣做的努力了。
