The bed was soft and uncomfortable to sleep on, but the location, cleanliness and service were good.
I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

A hotel who only provides u a bed, nothing else. Very disappointed.
Lucky it is clean and the air con is working. But the staff are friendly.

The room is not new, but it is fully functional. Our family of three gave us a small suite with two bathrooms. Surprise! It is very close to the wishing fountain, and there is a subway for easy travel. The service at the front desk was very good. They gave me a map of Rome's attractions, etc., and also introduced me how to get to the Vatican.
