2회 이용해본 경험상 위치와 사우나에서 좋은 점수를 줄만한 숙소입니다.
히고바시역은 우메다에서 가깝고(도보15분) 난바에서도 3정거장입니다. 호텔 주변에 현지 직장인들이 이용하는 로컬맛집도 아주 많습니다.
객실 컨디션은 일본호텔치고 넓기는 한데 청결도나 시설은 중간정도 입니다. 대신 14층 사우나에서 아침 저녁으로 여행의 피로를 풀 수 있습니다.
1층에 편의점이 붙어있습니다.

1、入住問題：去年我去東京訂酒店的時候，我當時明確知道日本酒店按照人頭訂房間，而且這次定大阪酒店的時候我也是按照人數和我的需求篩選房間的，找到這家酒店人數價格我都特別滿意所以就定了，落地大阪來酒店和我説我衹定了一人入住的房間，説我和我朋友要一起入住需要補差，ok我們可以接受，畢竟是我訂房間的人的失誤，但是他們算了10幾分鐘給我報價36000日幣（約為1800人民幣），我房間原價為3089/5個晚上，試問誰能接受，我説要退房換酒店住，直接和我説不接受退房會收取全部費用？那個前台日本人梳馬尾的態度還挺差的挺不耐煩的，前台會説國語的態度挺好的，後來和攜程協商這個問題，要求是給我不補差入住或者全額退錢，這個日本人直接舉着手機過來和我説，如果要退房一定會全額收錢，衹能接受最低補25000，我們想了一下還可以就同意了。
2、地理位置：雖然入住不太愉快，但是這家酒店的位置什麼的確實還是不錯的，走2-3分鐘就有地下鐵，樓下和後邊都有比較好吃的拉麪館。
3、衞生：這個酒店他給我們的房間其中有一條被子上是有一個血漬污點的（但是這是我們後面幾天才發現的），他們的酒店沒有垃圾袋！！！衹有房間內垃圾桶，廁所也是沒有的，而且酒店不會打掃房間，他衹會把毛巾掛在你的房門口。鏡子對床，屋內空間在日本算大的。有免費的wifi和澡堂spa、洗衣服需要投200日幣

駅から近く，周りにコンビニや飲食店も多く便利でした。
目的の京セラドームまでバスで一本でした。大浴場もあり疲れた足も癒されました。
部屋も綺麗でしたがちょっとした荷物台が欲しかったかな。あと大浴場に行く際のスリッパがあればと思いました。
